106 वां संविधान संशोधन कब हुआ?Notes: 106वां संविधान संशोधन 22 मई 2006 को स्वैच्छिक गठन, स्वायत्त कार्य, लोकतांत्रिक नियंत्रण और पेशेवर प्रबंधन के माध्यम से सहकारी समितियों को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से पेश किया गया। पारित होने के लिए लोकसभा में विधेयक पर चर्चा नहीं की जा सकी। विधेयक 18.05.2009 को 14 वीं लोक सभा के विघटन पर समाप्त हो गया।
105 संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम कब हुआ?राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने 18 अगस्त, 2021 को '105वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम, 2021' को अपनी स्वीकृति दे दी है। महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य: संसद द्वारा11 अगस्त को इसे 127वें संविधान संशोधन विधेयक 2021 के रूप में पारित किया था।
108 वां संविधान संशोधन क्या है?संविधान (108 वां संशोधन) विधेयक, 2008 ने संसद और राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण प्रदान किया. इसे राज्यसभा द्वारा 9 मार्च 2010 को पारित किया गया था, लेकिन 2014 में पंद्रहवीं लोकसभा के विघटन के साथ यह स्वत: समाप्त हो गया.
